Joanna Bristow-Watkins has a BSc Honours degree in Psychology and a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education), then spent five years as a skills trainer and City & Guilds examiner, within the travel industry. After five years as managing director of a chain of travel agencies, Joanna left her stressful career behind and settled into motherhood. However, following a chance remark by another mother, she started a quest for holistic wellbeing for herself and her children. Having personally discovered the benefits of Reiki and subsequently Sekh Em, a new vocation was born.

This led to the rewarding experience of spiritual awareness and Joanna felt compelled to pass this amazing opportunity onto others. Having trained as a practitioner, then up to and beyond Mastery level, she was able to offer Sekh Em training, in addition to other holistic workshops. 

Developed by Joanna, Reyad Sekh Em is an ultra high vibrational Egyptian healing system which harnesses the angelic elemental rays of  earth, fire, water, air and spirit with etheric crystalline energies plus sound vibration and sacred breathing. Daily use of this healing art coupled with frequent visits to sacred sites, has made Joanna one of the leading authorities on constructive energy body manipulation.  She has acquired strategies for detecting and transmuting manifested energetic encodements that are restricting the spiritual and/or emotional progress of their host.

Joanna grew up in an area dense with ancient woodland, and had the freedom to roam. Much of her childhood was spent playing in those woods with her sister, Fiona, largely unsupervised by adults. 

Guiding people to connect with nature through their sensory perceptions felt like a natural progression and she discovered that Forest Bathing existed as a wellbeing modality. In 2019, she trained as a Forest Bathing+ Guide, and is fully certified, by the Forest Bathing Institute (TFBI), who initiate ground-breaking research on its physiological, immunological, emotional and mental health benefits.

Joanna also organises and escorts HARMONY JOURNEYS which is a programme of UK and international sacred site tours, incorporating Reyad Sekh Em Attunements in areas renowned since ancient times for their heightened energies.

Joanna is a professional and accomplished speaker on Reyad Sekh Em; Khemitology (Ancient Egyptian philosophies according to the indigenous wisdom keepers); Forest Bathing+; the Violet Flame of Amenti; multi-dimensional realities; sacred journeys; stress management; past lives; meditation & relaxation; etheric devices; sound healing with voice & tuning forks; merkabas, lifestyle and diet; self-help for cancer patients. 

She is very happy to give talks and demonstrations within clubs, societies, corporate and domestic environments. She is an approved speaker for the WI (Womens Institute) and speaks regularly to WI groups in Surrey as well as U3A and Probus groups
